Reading 6-digit numbers; adding multiples of thousands mentally (4th grade math)

In this video, we continue exploring large numbers with 6 digits. I show how to read them. Then we add and subtract multiples of 1000 using mental math (e.g. 300,000 + 60,000).

In the video below, we practice writing six-digit numbers when their "parts" are given. This is similar to the expanded form of a number but the parts are in scrambled order. It makes it easy when you think of the entire thousands separately, and the rest separately.
