This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of MathMammoth.com website users.

You can access and browse MathMammoth.com website without disclosing any of your personal information (such as name, address, telephone number, email address, or credit card information) nor do we collect information about our visitors from any public records.


Contact and communications

If you voluntarily submit any information via the contact form (such as your email address), I may use that to contact you, or to answer your questions. I will not trade, sell, or share your personal information that you voluntarily submit via the contact form to any third party.

MathMammoth.com does not enable visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others.


Subscribing to receive emails

While using the site, you may choose to receive email messages from me; in other words subscribe to my newsletter (Maria's Math Tips) and/or to some automated series of emails related to math and/or Math Mammoth products. I will then use your email address, and possibly name also, to contact you with those emails and newsletters. I am using Aweber email marketing service for managing the subscriber data and to actually send out the emails. You can read more about Aweber's policies here.

  • You can easily unsubscribe from these emails by using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each email.
  • You can easily make changes in the personal data kept by Aweber: simply click on the link named Change subscriber options found at the bottom of each email.
  • If you want to see copy of your personal data stored at Aweber's system, please contact me, and I'll do it for you.
  • If you want your personal information completely deleted, simply contact me or Aweber and it will promptly get done.

Statistics/Analytics

As with most other websites, this website collects statistical data about the website usage. Some of this is collected by the hosting service, and some by Google Analytics (basic features). The information collected includes your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit the MathMammoth.com site, how you arrived at this website, the time you visited this site, which pages you visited throughout this site, and some basic information about your device.

The information collected from analytics helps me understand what parts of the MathMammoth.com website are doing well, how people arrive at the site, and so on.
