Most teachers can simply use the NORMAL licensing for downloadable Math Mammoth products, which is for ONE teacher: an individual teacher is permitted to copy the materials to his/her students without any limitations.
In other words, by purchasing any of the Math Mammoth materials, I grant permission for ONE person (THE TEACHER) to reproduce this material to be used with his/her students in a teaching situation; not for commercial resale.
NOTE: you are NOT permitted to share the material with another teacher, NOR upload the files to any website for the purpose of sharing with the general audience. Uploading the material or portions of it to a secure system to be shared with your students is fine, as long as search engines and the general public do not have access to it.
This permission is quite liberal, I feel. It allows you (as the teacher) to use these materials year in, year out, with just one single purchase.
If there are two or more teachers who would use Math Mammoth materials, you need to purchase a separate license, which then permits the materials to be used by multiple teachers within an institution.
This license will include the permission to copy the material to ALL students within the educational institution.
The licensing fee also includes putting your institution's name and/or logo on every page of the material, if you so wish.
Please contact us to get a quote for your situation. Include the number of teachers and the approximate teacher/student ratio if known.
The lesson plans are normally for single-family use. If your school or institution would like to use the lesson plans, please contact Homeschool Planet for licensing them.
