Understanding statistical variability and distributions - video lesson

I explain briefly what is a statistical question, and then we look at some distributions and how to describe them: by their center, spread, and overall shape.

This lesson is meant for 6th grade, and it addresses the Common Core standard 6.SP.2: "Understand that a set of data collected to answer a statistical question has a distribution which can be described by its center, spread, and overall shape."
