Laws of exponents, part 3: recap of exponent laws (8th grade math / algebra)

First, we review the basic exponent laws: product of powers, quotient of powers, power of a power, power of a product, and power of a quotient. Then we look at a numerical example of a power of a quotient: (2/3)4. Lastly it's time to simplify various expressions using these various exponent laws.
