Problems Involving Circles

Sometimes when solving a problem involving circles, we want to express the answer in precise, accurate terms and not give it as a rounded decimal. We will then leave the answer in terms of pi. This can be helpful if we expect the pi to cancel out in a further calculation.

In this video, you will see examples of the area and circumference of a circle when given in terms of pi. We will also solve two other problems related to circles.
