1. How and where to order?

How and where to order

You can buy Math Mammoth books at:

  • Here at MathMammoth.com website — simply use the "Add to cart" buttons you see on the product pages.
  • Rainbow Resource carries printed copies for the Light Blue series books, plus several CDs (Light Blue and Blue series).
  • Homeschool Buyers Club offers download versions of the Light Blue series, plus the Blue series bundle.
  • Homeschool Planet sells the digital versions of the main curriculum and lesson plans to go with them.
  • K5 Learning offers download versions of the Blue series.
  • TPT sells the Light Blue Series downloads, plus topical units.
  • Lulu sells printed copies for most of the Math Mammoth materials (various series).

By purchasing any of the books, permission IS granted for the teacher (or parent) to reproduce this material to be used with his/her students in a teaching situation; not for commercial resale. However, you are not permitted to share the material with another teacher.

In other words, you are permitted to make copies for the students/children you are teaching, but not for other teachers' usage.

Math Mammoth books are PDF files. I recommend you use Adobe Reader to view them, including if you use a Mac. You can try other PDF viewers, but they may at times either omit or mess up some of the images.

2. Can I buy the books as hardcopies (printed versions)?

Yes:

  • Most of the Math Mammoth materials are available as printed books via Lulu.

At Lulu, you can purchase the Light Blue series curriculum, the International version of the Light Blue series, the Blue and the Golden series books, the skills review workbooks, and the Spanish (Mamut Matematicas) books.

The Light Blue series (US version) books at Lulu are spiral bound, and have grayscale interior pages (because the spiral binding is a more costly option than perfect binding, but some people prefer that). The rest are perfect bound.

Lulu runs promotions fairly often; subscribe to their newsletter to be notified of them.

  • At Rainbow Resource Center, you can purchase the Light Blue series of books, the skills review workbooks, and the review workbooks. The Light Blue series books are available both as full-color versions and with grayscale insider pages, the latter being cheaper. These are all perfect bound.
  • A lot of the books are also available via Amazon.com and at various bookstores.

At this link you can download a list of ISBN numbers for the PERFECT BOUND printed books (as of spring 2023... this list will change over time as newer editions come available). This list does not include the books available at Lulu as they don't have ISBN numbers.

4. What is the copyright notice or license when using these books?

The copyright license is for a single teacher use. One teacher (owner of the materials) is allowed to print and copy the materials to his/her students, however many those might be. In a family situation, the parent is naturally considered to be this teacher.

Sharing between teachers is not allowed. Each teacher/parent should buy his/her own copy. Also, you are not allowed to upload the files to any website for the purpose of sharing with others (not even with your students or parents).

Licensing for schools, tutoring centers, or other institutions: please click here.

Here's the copyright notice as it is found in the books:
Copying permission: Permission IS granted to reproduce this material to be used with one (1) teacher's students by virtue of the purchase of this book. In other words, one (1) teacher MAY make copies of these worksheets to be used with his/her students. Permission is not given to reproduce the material for resale. If you have other needs, such as school-wide licensing, contact the author at www.MathMammoth.com/contact.

5. Are purchase orders possible?

Math Mammoth materials are sold in several reseller stores, plus directly on this site. SOME of the Math Mammoth resellers accept purchase orders; most do not. Please see below.

Rainbow Resource Center sells Math Mammoth printed books and CDs, and also accepts purchase orders. The purchase order needs to be faxed or mailed on letterhead paper indicating the billing contact person, address and phone number along with the shipping address, contact person and phone number. Please contact Rainbow Resource about it directly.

Teachers Pay Teachers sells some of the Math Mammoth digital downloads and accepts purchase orders. Please see this link for details.

Lulu sells Math Mammoth printed books and accepts purchase orders. Please see instructions for purchase orders at Lulu.

6. What is the return and refund policy?

Math Mammoth materials are sold in many different stores, and each store (e.g. Lulu, Rainbow Resource Center, K5Learning Store, Homeschool Buyers Co-op, Amazon) has their own return and refund policy.

If you purchase on this site (using Comecero), and if you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may receive a full refund upon explaining the reasons for your refund request.
